hi there!
in the clan we have no entry requirements execpt for activity.
this means we do not look for stats but mainly for being online in the game and on teamspeak.
staying in the clan is also based on that, and that is the reason if we see members
not being online for 3 months without clear notification to one of our staffmembers you will lose your spot in the clan.
when and if we need to make room in the clan for any reason we will look at online activity, resources gatherd and teamspeak activity.
in mralm we use a worksystem to provide us in the boosters which we buy from industrial resources.
from every member we expect 27.000 resources every 28 days.
on the end of this period we will evaluate which member gets promoted or demoted.
privates get full boosters.
recruites get full boosters within a 28 day grace period.
reservists get no boosters.
boosters will be turned on between 12 in the afternoon until 12 at night +1 cet.
NOTE! not being able to get your resources is not protected by functions without notification.
example: a combat officer is offline for a month without notifications to the staff and does not get his 27.000 resources.
this means he will lose his combat officer function and gets demoted to reservist.
as far as rules go we only require you to be friendly.
that means no yelling, cursing or cause arguements on teamspeak/ingame clanchat.
if we get to many complaints from clanmembers or enemyplayers with full proof, you will be asked to leave the clan.
